My husband and I went to one in Bellevue, IA and enjoyed ourselves immensely. It isn't that the storyline was so good, but dressing up in costumes and trying to solve the crime helped all the guests to become friends in a hurry. It is a ten days - nine nights coach tour passing by Holland/Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, italy and France. The programme includes six nights accommodation on a half-board basis and three nights accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. It is also included the transportation, guided excursions to Lake Maggiore, Andermatt and Alpine Tour and Feldkirch, Innsbruck and Seefeld, Milan, a ride in Galcier Express, and Paris by night with river cruise. It seems a very nice tour. I have no idea how costly are these places we will be travelling through. The tour itself will cost £560,00 including everything above, but I wonder how much I will need to spend (food/extra fun/souveniers)during the tour. Does anyone have any idea/suggestion how much Euros an average tourist would need for such a tour? Has anyone ever traveled in the Glacier Express?
