| | What made my chicken and noodles spoil last night? | | I forgot my pot was on the stove and went to bed. This morning I went to check on my daughter and saw the pot. I opened the top to find it sour and all sudsy inside. what could have made this happen? I left food out before and this did not happen. | |
| | This is where we stayed | | When we went to Pennsylvania to my father-in-laws grave side service, my husbands aunt had allowed us to stay with her. Her home is very nice, a three bedroom. One was for the aunt, the other for her mother and the third for my sister-in-law who had problems walking up and down stairs..That left my niece and her 2 children, my brother-in-law and his wife and son and my husband and I to take over the basement..There have been times I seen a finished basement that is as nice as the upper rooms and this is one of them..I posted one part of this basement, the kitchen..Except it had no stove, it did have a refrigerator so we didn't take up her space upstairs. and it had a bathroom. It also has a bed which my husband and I got while the others got a couch or a air mattress..(I guess that is the benefit to being the oldest..lol) | |
| | Are UK prison's too soft on prisoners? | | Watching Wormwood scrubs, i find myself getting very angry at the UKs prison system!!! These prisoners are allowed to act how they want and get nothing done to them to punish them. In the UK, prisoners have a large cell with a bed, toilet, washing/cleaning facility, and 3 meals a day. They can get a job in there, get paid (albeit not much), see their family and friends in visiting times in an open room not behind any security glass, talk on the phone to their family and friends, have access to tobacco and treats with their money which can either be sent ot them or they can earn, they can do courses (getting degrees etc), and have TV privalidges, yes if they act up, they are put into a secure cell where they get none of the privalidges, but this still isn't bad enough for me. I think a prison should be a 6ft by 3ft cell, a small hay/straw matress on the floor and a blanket, no windows, no glass in the door, no mirror, no razors (they should be shaved for them), no toiletries, no cutlery for their food, NO privalidges or ways to make money to get luxeries like sweets and tobacco, visiting should be once a month rather than once a week and should be done behind thickened... | |
| | Dreams About Snakes | | I hate snakes... and I have alot of dreams about them... Mainly if I see one on TV or outside or even if I have talked about them the day before i head to bed.. I hate them.. But What I hate more is having dreams about them? Do yall have anything like this. | |
| | Stupid (Expletive Deleted) IDIOT!!! | | The Ambulance left next door about an hour ago.Taking one of Bob's kids to the hospital for a drug overdose.So about now, he should be experiencing the pleasure of having tubes shoved up his nose and down his throat and in his penis and all that really FUN stuff that goes along with taking pills.I was downstairs at Bob's on his computer scanning some pictures for his sister, when there were several LOUD thumps and crashes from up above. Next thing I know, Doris (Bob's wife) is hollering at the top of her lungs for Bob, so I race upstairs and into his son's room and find him in a heap on the floor bleeding from his nose and mouth with his computer monitor on the floor next to him.At least he was breathing. Barely.Some people can't handle emergency situations...I had to yell at Bob and Doris several times to call for an ambulance while I was attempting to get Joe off the floor and get some type of response from him. He opened his eyes once or twice, but I know he wasn't seeing me...totally unfocused.After what seemed an eternity, the paramedics arrived, and I left the room. About 15 minutes later they brought him down, loaded him in the ambulance and... | |

I am excited and hope they don't flop it making it more for adults than children, like they do some movies..Marmaduke, though he is a Great Dane, reminded us of our Dalmatian who did things like take over the whole bed...Do you remember this comic strip? I spent much time praying and talking with my HEAVENLY FATHER.
Soon the pain healed and I felt HIS loving presense with me.Now every time I am in church I feel like a member of a family nad smoetimes when we are singing songs of praise to my KING,SAVIOUR and BEST FRIEND it feels as if the church is filled with angels singing along with us

| | I LOVE getting woke up with the moistness.... | | Hi mylotters:Since I couldn't sleep any longer, I thought I would just get on here for a bit and see what everyone is doing. I know most of you intelligent ones (unlike me) are probably fast asleep!! Since it is about 1:30 a.m. in my part of the Country!! But, I just had to share this little bit of humor with you all!!O.k., so I am laying in bed, still trying to sleep, mind you...when it happened!!! I just couldn't believe it!! But, why should I be surprised you ask, I mean, after all, this seems to be a daily routine. But, not this time...NOT THIS WAY!!!So, I decide that I just can't sleep anymore. I am having too much pain. I decide to just get up for a bit. See if the pain will go away!!! So, I roll over and my toe got a bit cold. Kind of like I had stuck it in some ice or something. So, I set up to find out what is going on. And, wouldn't you know it, not only did one of my kids leave me a "gift" but, apparently they also "scattered" the gift from the floor to my bed....UUUGGGGHHHH!!!!So, I was like, "o.k., I guess I guess I will just get up"!!!Now, that would have been just fine. | | o.k., so I am trying to watch youtube | | Hi all!!So, I am trying to respond to all my emails and things of that nature when I realize that I needed to take a look at youtube. And, of course, my Delylia girl is right here on the desk with me to "help me" get things done. I turn on one of the videos on youtube and suddenly, I have Delylia's UNDIVIDED attention as she sits "transfixed" in front of my computer screen. She is watching the video!! Apparently, she LOVES watching the people on there. She is always wanting to "touch" them and try to "catch them" as it were!!Currently, since I have shut off youtube, she has now decided that she needs to write something to me. She keeps picking up my pen and trying to "write" with it. She is very smart. Sometimes, it is scary to me how smart these girls really are!!!And, as I write this; Foxy has just entered the room, with her mouse in her mouth and the "wand attachment" in tow!! She absolutely loves to drag this thing around and "talk" to me at the same time. She always seems so very proud of herself when she brings me her mice!! Foxy has even been known to bring them right into bed with me. I am so glad that they are not real mice!!! Thank God for small... | |
