| Waht is the item you can´t leave out before you close your suitcase? | | I used to check on nice clothes for a night out and thelike. Now, for e, I have to check twice that my pills and glasses are there. I also put my camera inside my suitcase: I like to have my hands free to manage other problems, should they arise.
What is your most important item? Why is ir so important? Do you think importance changes throughout life?

| | I´m making my suitcase. | | Hi friends,
I´m starting to make my suitcase. Tomorrow I start my 1 week or so vacation to the south of Chile.
Yesterday I washed some knitted stuff as it´s colder there. I discovered with happiness that my blacjk jeans had not shrunk: they still fit.[em]thumbup[/em]. I bought a lot of good things to make sandwichs for the trip. We don´t want to eat junk on the way and spend precious time trying to get out meals.
Do you make sandwichs and suff like that when you travel in your car? Do you start washing your clothes and saving them for the suitcase. Do you plan that or just do what you decide at the last minute?

| | How a Geek Girl Packs a Suitcase | | Yesterday when I picked up my airline ticket for my trip, I also picked up a new suitcase. Yeah! No more smelly gym bag. lol
Today, I took a really good look at my new 'toy' (it has wheels!) and it struck me that it's really no bigger than my queen size pillow, and I'm supposed to get at least two weeks worth of clothes in it? HA!
So I tapped into my geekness and came up with a plan.1. Decide beforehand what outfits (and yes, put outfits together!) to take.
3. Take only one pair of dress slacks, one pair of casual/dressy slacks and one pair of sexy jeans.
4. Be sure that the tops taken will go just as well with each pair of pants.
5. DON'T take more pairs of underwear than necessary. Forget the matching bras because you're married and the hubs isn't coming, so who cares. In fact, forget the bras altogether.
6. Take at least three pairs of socks for every pair of pants of the same color.
Wearing white socks all the time, though comfy are NOT cool!
7. One floor length attractive nightgown that doesn't need a robe over it for modesty. (I'll only take it off before I get into bed anyway! lol)

| | Ok! You May Bring Your Suitcase To School | | I passed by a private elementary school on my way to the city just this afternoon and I saw school children pulling along their bags. The bags are huge and some can be likened to suitcases used when one goes on a 5-day trip. When I was in elementary I only had a medium-sized back pack and that was it. | | "Suitcase" or "Bag" which one do you prefer for your Travel..?? | | When i use to travel for a long distance, i use to prefer the Bags rather than the Suitcases.. because, we used to travel by our car for the long distances, its always easy to kept at our dicky the bages rather than the Suitcases..So, i always prefer to take the Bags for our travel, and also its easy to carry than the suitcases, and its easy to kept anywhere in the car, we can kept under your foot, under our seats and anywhere we have a space, and even we can kept on ourselfs..For the public trasport like the Bus or Train the suitcase is preferable, because its more security than handling the bags. Even we can tie the suitcase by using some chain or something for additional security.How about you.. Which one you prefer when you travel outside..
